"I asked a member if they could beat a competitor’s pricing and they could not as they believed that the competitor did not fully insure my home. It was really sweet of them. The only reason I went with them because the entire team handled my irritability that day with grace…and because I know their office is right next door to me, and I can always badger them with questions if I get scared or nervous about policy, and if my claims get denied I can come to their office with a million questions. And I know they will answer them all with grace and poise because that’s the kind of ship that Ryan runs. The wonderful thing about the Louisville community is that your reputation extends to your family and kids too, which is a fantastic deterrent for any predatory behavior. Anyway, the service they provided for someone who is a generally grumpy person, prefers texting and emails over phone calls for documentation purposes is fantastic. 10/10."
